On the essence of acmeological potential of future teachers

The author of the article offers her own definition of the concept of «acmeological potential of a future teacher». The characteristics of the formedness of its components (namely, cognitive, valuemotivational, creative activity and reflective ones) are identified and described. The criteria (internal and external) and the levels of development of acmeological potential of future teachers (high, medium and low) are also defined and described.
