To the question of the essence and legal nature of the credit agreement

The article considers the category of the loan agreement as an integral phenomenon. Relations arising from the loan agreement are compared with the relations under the loan agreement. The legal nature and essence of these relations are largely identical, however, the author comes to the conclusion that, due to the specific nature of credit relations, there is a need for their special legal regulation.
