On the question of the essence of the forensic characteristics of acquisitive and violent crimes committed with the participation of minors

The article analyzes the positions of scientists and practitioners regarding the problem of the concept of criminal acts as a set of forensically significant elements. The essence of this concept is determined, the classification of acquisitive and violent crimes of minors is singled out. The article considers the correlation between the elements of the forensic characteristics of acquisitive and violent crimes committed by minors, associated with the methods of committing and hiding the traces of a crime, a description of the situation and typical traces of crimes, personality traits of a minor and his victim.
