To the issue of the essence of controlled drug purchase operation

The issues of defining the concept and essence of controlled purchase of narcotic drugs are considered in the article. Various points of view on the legal nature of this operation are presented. The main features of this concept are determined, on the basis of which the author's point of view regarding the content of the legal relationship under consideration is proposed. Some suggestions to improve legal regulation and the procedure for conducting controlled drug purchases are made by the author.
