On the problem of teleological criterion of the system of the russian law differentiation

Versatile views on the problems of systematization, applied-research differentiation and concepts of legislative branch construction are examined in the article. Alongside with the traditional construction of the systematization, applied-research differentiation the authors justify the use of the teleological criterion as one of the principles.
