On the issue of theoretical and legal characteristics of the concepts of legality and law and order

The analysis of the concepts of legality and law and order as one of the most important definitions within the framework of the system of social regulation from the point of view of their theoretical and legal understanding is undoubtedly of significant importance in the light of increasing the effectiveness of regulation of public relations. In the article, the author, considering the existing approaches of legal scholars to the understanding of legality and law and order, formulates and justifies the author's definition of these concepts, and schematically defines the relationship of the concepts under study with the concepts of discipline and public order, from the point of view of formal logic in two directions: the ratio of concepts by volume (general and particular) and the ratio of concepts from the position of determinism (cause and effect).
