On the question of theories and methods of the relationship between international and domestic law

The article discusses the scientific and theoretical foundations and practical realities of approaches to the relationship between international and domestic (national) law. Views on issues are based on the historical experience and practice of international relations of our time. The subject of consideration is a number of conflicts in this area of international legal relations. The methodology for considering current legal, theoretical and practical aspects is based on general scientific methods of knowledge: analysis, synthesis, a systematic approach used in relation to the international legal field of knowledge and practice.
