To the question of commodity and expertise in customs

This study raises the question of the importance and objectives of such institutions of customs as customs expertise and commodity research. The author points out the actual problems arising in the process of identifying specific goods, their qualities and consumer properties. In the course of the research, the author comes to the conclusion about improving the legislation in the field of customs examination and commodity science to improve customs control carried out by the customs authorities of the Russian Federation.
