On the issue of victimological characteristics of minors, victims of sexual violence

The special part of the criminal law defines all the fundamental points necessary forthe qualification of a criminal act related to the violation of sexual freedom and sexual inviolability of the individual. In modern law enforcement practice, there are several conceptual problems thatcomplicate the process of considering a criminal case involving a minor victim of sexual violence.Within the framework of this article, theoretical and practical ways of solving the problems ofcriminal law, criminological and victimological protection of the rights of a child from sexualviolence are proposed.
