Implementation of WorldSkills competencies in the educational process of departmental educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

Introduction: the article deals with the positive experience of conducting championships according to the WorldSkills standards in the competency T11 Law Enforcement (Police Officer). Materials and Methods: the article uses the provisions of the current state educational standards, as well as the data of the author's sociological research conducted in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. The work used a set of general scientific and special scientific methods: descriptive, method of logical understanding, abstraction and generalization, analysis, synthesis, systematic approach, method of sociological questioning, method of sociological interviewing. Literature review: special attention is paid to the works of B.S. Aleshin, L.V. Semenova, Y.V. Ushanova and other researchers who consider the implementation of WorldSkills standards in the educational process of educational institutions of higher education. Results: the possibility of implementing WorldSkills standards in the educational process of departmental educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Discussion and Conclusions: the authors conclude that WorldSkills technology is one of the most promising forms of education, which is justified by its increased practice-oriented approach. It is proposed to hold annual local competitions on competence T11 Law Enforcement (Police Officer) in educational organizations of the the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, as well as to develop and implement a new competence Open-Source Intelligence (Cyberpolice), in which competitors will compete in search and accumulation of data on open sources of information.
