On the issue of implementing an activity tracking framework in the ISP IT infrastructure

The article examines the constituents of the process for conducting operational monitoring in the ISP IT infrastructure. The objectives and functional requirements for the IT framework monitoring system of the Internet provider are formulated. Further the description of completely satisfying systems to the presented requirements is given, and a conclusion is made about which IT infrastructure monitoring system is currently most suitable for implementation into the work of an Internet provider.
