To the question of possibility to use simple e-signature in HR records-keeping

At present electronic document flow is legally permitted only with regard to remote workers. But despite the fact that legal regulation for use of electronic document flow in the field of hired labour is not availability, the author considers the possibility to use simple e-signature in HR records-keeping and determine the conditions of legitimacy of its use. In particular, the author suggests developing and approving local act regulating use of simple e-signature, as well as list of provisions which shall be reflected there.
