On the introduction of a criminal offense into the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

This article discusses the introduction of the concept of "criminal misconduct" in the criminal code. Attention is drawn to the Draft law that establishes the concept under consideration, various points of view of authors and specialists in the field of criminal law are given, and the author also highlights his own position on this issue.
