To the question of the emergence of the legal regulation of national security in the Russian state

This article is devoted to the consideration of the peculiarities of the origin (formation) of legal regulation of national security in the Russian state. The authors note that the study of the process of the emergence of legal regulation of national security in the Russian state should be considered in the context of the chronology of the formation of domestic statehood in relation to the transformation of forms of state structure, government and political regime, reflected in the most important regulatory acts of that time. In more detail in relation to the topic of research, the features of the right regulation of issues of national security of Ancient Russia and the period of feudal fragmentation are covered.
