To the question about the absolute executive immunity of the debtor

The article raises the issue of changing the law enforcement practice in relation to absolute executive immunity, which excludes foreclosure on the only housing of the debtor. The article is based on clarifications given by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in 2021, as well as court rulings issued in specific cases. In conclusion, the opinions of practicing lawyers and experts on this issue are presented.
