On the issue of administrative and jurisdictional activities of the Federal Antimopoly Service of the Russian Federation in the field of supporting competition

The research presented in this article is aimed at analyzing the peculiarities of the institution of administrative responsibility in the field of supporting competition in the Russian Federation. The work focuses on the consideration and characteristics of the powers of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation, as the main body authorized to carry out proceedings in cases of administrative offenses in the field of protection and support of competition.
