On the issue of the relevance of public relations as an object of crime

This article is devoted to the problem of the relevance of public relations as an object of crime in criminal law. Having analyzed the criminal legislation of Russia, the main doctrinal provisions of critics and supporters of this approach to determining the nature of an object, we concluded that the construct "object - public relations" is still relevant and the only correct one.
