In connection with the emergence of new technologies in the field of education, changes are taking place in the organization of the learning process. These changes also affect the organization of students' independent work. Independent work of students is becoming the most important component of the organization of the educational process that meets international educational standards, its effectiveness is increasing. The presented article analyzes the application of the electronic information and educational environment of the Samara State University of Communications, reflecting its success in terms of its application and use in organizing the independent work of students in the course of studying mathematics.
