On the issue of informatization of arbitration courts in the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to the digitalization of arbitration courts of the Russian Federation. One of the important components of the application of modern technologies in arbitration courts is the creation of electronic databases of court decisions and electronic archives of court documents. Particular attention should be paid to issues related to the efficiency of using information technologies in the activities of arbitration courts. But we should not forget that improving the quality of legislation through improvement is not the main condition for changing efficiency, since efficiency depends on the material and technical equipment of arbitration courts and on the level of legal awareness and culture of society.
