On the issue of the institute of sub-appointment of the heir in the Russian Federation

This article examines the institution of sub-appointment of an heir and its place in the system of testamentary dispositions under Russian law. The features of this Institute and its positive aspects are revealed. The possibility and ways of implementing the right to accept inheritance, as well as the refusal of the substitute from the inherited property, are indicated. Possible reasons for a person's refusal to accept inheritance property are indicated.
