On the issue of the use of electronic evidence in civil proceedings

In this article, the authors analyze the current legal regulation of electronic evidence in civil proceedings, judicial practice of applying the reliability criterion to electronic correspondence as a means of proof. The authors have identified a legal gap that needs proper legal regulation.
