On aesthetic performance of sports and technical skill and musical and physical preparadeness in sports aerobics

Sports aerobics is a popular sport that is part of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG), which is characterized by the ability of athletes to perform, in accordance with the musical accompaniment, a dynamic complex of specific motor activities with high intensity. This article deals with issues related to the aesthetic performance of sports and technical skill in sports aerobics and some aspects of the assessment of musical and motor skills. The data on the presence of the composition of the necessary aesthetic characteristics in sports aerobics (the composition of the elements of the connections, the dynamic performance of the composition, the co-ordination of elements and integrity, the artistic design of the composition) are given. The distinctive features in aesthetic components of movements in various competitive nominations are revealed, which allow to optimize the process of training gymnasts specializing in sports aerobics.
