The article discusses the concepts of "restrictions", "encumbrances" and "limits" of land ownership rights used in various regulations, and notes their vagueness and the need to determine on the basis of characteristic features. The authors draw attention to the need to distinguish between the concepts of "restrictions" and "limits", because the restriction of the right of ownership concerns the range of actions of the owner to exercise or protect his right, and the limit of the right of ownership - the possibility of possessing the right of ownership to a specific object with limited legal capacity.
