To the question of restrictions and limits of exercise of the right to unilateral refusal of obligations

The relevance of this study is associated with the active development of contractual relations. In this article, a study of the domestic institute of unilateral refusal to fulfill obligations is conducted, the issues of limitations and limits of the right to unilateral refusal to fulfill obligations are considered. In particular, separate grounds for unilateral refusal to fulfill obligations and, on the contrary, circumstances precluding the possibility of such a refusal are considered.
