To the issue of organizing trainees' independent work in the frame of profession-oriented teaching foreign language at higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation

The article considers the issues of organizing trainees' independent work in the context of profession-oriented teaching foreign language at higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia as well as ways of improving its effectiveness. Being an integral component of the educational process, trainee's independent work not only contributes to improving their linguistic competence but also enables them to assign and solve professional tasks by means of a foreign language. The experience of organizing trainee's independent work at the Department of Foreign and Russian Languages of the Siberian Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is presented by the author of the article.
