On the main factors of motivation for mastering a second language

The article raises the problem of studying the Russian language in a national audience, where the author shares his experience on how to maximize the development of students' oral speech, teach them to read scientific literature correctly, easily and quickly, express and correctly write down their thoughts in writing. It also considers the issue of increasing human resources and why it is necessary to modernize the system of higher education for this. An analysis of the professionally oriented direction of students is given. Formation of communication skills that would allow professional contacts in Russian in various fields and situations.
