To the question of specific features of legal regulation of the basis for termination of the person's ownership right to property that cannot be owned

This article, based on the study of regulatory legal acts, scientific research on the relevant topic, presents an analysis of the peculiarities of legal regulation of one of the grounds for compulsory seizure of property from an owner in the Russian Federation - alienation of property, which, by virtue of the law, cannot belong to the relevant person. Particular attention is paid to situations and grounds in which a person is in possession of property subject to alienation, as well as other fundamentally important provisions.
