On the question of attribution of standardization documents (using the example of national standards and codes of rules) to the category of normative legal acts

This article discusses the problem of attributing standardization documents (using the example of national standards and codes of rules) to regulatory legal acts. Based on the definition and features of a normative legal act presented in the fundamental legal discipline of the theory of state and law, the author analyzed the classification of standardization documents (using the example of SP 28.13330.2017 and GOST 27751-2014) as normative legal acts. In support of the theses presented by the author, the position of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on the issue of research is presented. The importance of the study is emphasized by the fact that national standards and codes of rules play an important role in various sectors of the economy and society, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency in various industries.
