The article is an extended text of the report at the scientific and theological conference “Relevant Problems of Modern Theological Science”, held at Moscow Theological Academy on May 14-15, 2019. The article formulates the provisions of the concept of Eucharistic ecclesiology as a criterion used to analyze the works of Archbishop Michael (Mudyugin) (1912-2000). It is shown that in Vladyka's publications, individual elements of this concept are found. However, they are rather generally accepted positions in Orthodox theology than the author's research conclusions. It is concluded that the reviewed articles do not reveal the attitude of Archbishop Michael to the concept of Eucharistic ecclesiology. This can be explained by the lack of an opportunity for him to receive timely information about theological research outside the countries of the socialist camp in the 1960s-1980s.
