On the issue of responsibility for involvement of minors in using drugs in the legislation of the Russian Federation and some foreign countries

The article deals with regulation of criminal responsibility in the legislation of the Russian Federation and some foreign countries for involvement of minors in using narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. The following conclusion is drawn: there are differences in objects of the analyzed act and methods of its committing, but at the same time, there is an increased attention of the Legislator to ensuring the normal physical, mental, moral development of minors as a base of the state development. A number of proposals are made for changing the Russian legislation.
