To the question of the liability of state employees

In the system of legal norms, there are provisions that fix the legal immunities of a number of subjects of law and allow limitations on the principle of equality. The article analyzes certain aspects of the legal responsibility of civil servants, including prosecutors. In the perspective of the legal immunity of the employees of the Prosecutor's Office, issues of exclusive competence of the heads of these bodies for bringing to justice of special subjects of law are examined.
