To the question of responsibility of medical organizations and medical workers for the quality of medical care

The paper examines the issues of legal responsibility of medical workers for the provision of low-quality medical care. The authors analyze specific cases related to bringing to legal responsibility for committing offenses caused by untimely provision of the treatment process with the necessary equipment. It is proposed to establish administrative responsibility of founders for failure to fulfill their obligations to provide medical organizations with the necessary equipment.
