To the question of the participation of the prosecutor in the civil proceedings of the Russian Federation

In this article, the author considers an important issue in the field of civil proceedings - the issue related to the form of participation of the prosecutor in the civil process, considered on the basis of the civil procedural legislation of the Russian Federation, and also considers the conditions for the prosecutor's entry as an official into the civil process. The prosecutor, being the person exercising state supervision over the precise execution and conclusion of legislation, plays an important role in any type of legal proceedings, in turn, civil proceedings are no exception. That is why it is important to consider what place the official in question occupies in the implementation of civil proceedings and what powers he has.
