On the issue of criminal-legal counteraction to drug crimes and pro-narcotic content on the Internet

The social danger and the ways of using information and telecommunication networks to commit drug crimes are considered in the article. The article analyzes the shortcomings of the legislative construction of the corpus delicti of the illegal sale of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances with the use of information and telecommunication networks. It is proposed to establish the use of the Internet as a qualifying feature of certain types of drug-related crimes.
