On the issue of criminal procedural status of the institutions and bodies carrying out criminal punishments at the stage of execution of a sentence at the turn of XX and XXI centuries

The article considers some questions of activity of the bodies carrying out criminal punishments and measures of criminal and legal nature in the sphere of criminal procedural legal relationships as well as the separate aspects of criminal procedural status of criminal executive inspections and ways of improvement of the criminal procedure legislation at a stage of execution of a sentence.
