On the issue of managing the formation of the image of an educational organization

The article examines the issue of forming the image of an educational organization, specifying that the process of constructing an image policy is inherent in both recently established institutions and long-standing ones in the educational space. In connection with this, based on experimental research on the positive image of a specific school, identified problems are demonstrated, relying on the "mirror" perspectives of experts (teachers and parents) and management. The presented structural-functional model of managing the formation of the image of an educational organization is multilevel and encompasses the substantive aspects of each component.
