The article analyzes the legal regulation of the system of management of the development of the digital economy in the subjects of the Russian Federation. On concrete examples the necessity of audit of the normative legal acts (regulations) operating in regions, their reduction in compliance with the Federal legislation, elimination of excessive administrative barriers and procedures is proved.
