On the issue of increasing the requirements for the minimum amount of authorized capital at the legislative level in order to reduce the number of organizations engaged in fictitious activities

The article examines the influence of the minimum size of the authorized capital of a limited liability company on the commission by citizens of the Russian Federation of a crime provided for Art. 173.1. of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, a way to solve the problem of crime by increasing the minimum size of the authorized capital is proposed, and possible problems that may arise are substantiated.
