To the question of the application of the electromechanical deformation method to restor the cutting ability of disk soil processing tools

The process of electromechanical deformation of metals is described in relation to the restoration of the cutting ability of the blades of disk tillage tools. It is indicated on energy and resource saving during restoration by this method due to the exclusion of metal losses during restoration, as well as on an increase in the after-repair resource of a part compared to a new one. The substantiation of the effectiveness of these technologies in comparison with traditional ones (grinding, turning, erosion treatment) based on the removal of metal during the process of sharpening the blade is given.
