On the issue of bringing to legal responsibility for cyberbullying

The article considers such a phenomenon as cyberbullying. The authors turn to various theoretical sources and normative legal acts for a comprehensive consideration of the issue of bringing to legal responsibility for online harassment. The concepts of "cyberbullying", "legal responsibility", and "troll" are considered in detail. The main difficulties in qualifying cyberbullying as an offense or crime are explained due to the lack of legislative regulation of actions recognized as harassment.
