The question of structural reliability in mobile networks under destroys informational influence

This article discusses some of the issues of research and design structures of mobile networks in case of emergency. It is proposed to investigate the problems arising in the analysis and synthesis of communications networks, related to the use of methods of graph theory, theory and other theories hypemetwork describing the interaction of different structures. The article deals with the task of finding the maximum st flow in the non-stationary hypemetwork, the task of finding the shortest delay of simple v-chains in the non-stationary hypemetwork.
