The evaluation of the grain drying process was carried out, its importance from the point of view of the product persistence, the possibility of its further processing, as well as the possibility of its subsequent use as seed material were considered. Thermophysical phenomena occurring during the drying of the grain and their relationship with each other were considered. Possible types of heat transfer during drying and types of drying agents are considered.
