On the issue of theoretical and methodological and the legal basis of state control in the Russian Federation

Within the framework of this research work, some theoretical and legal issues of state control in the Russian Federation were considered, in particular, issues of federal and regional state control, and some tools for improving the institute of state control as an institution of the rule of law in the Russian Federation were proposed for consideration in order to ensure the legality of Russia as a rule of law state. The relevance of the research topic is predetermined by the essential importance of the institutions of federal and regional state control within the framework of the concept of any democratic state. The authors believe that consideration of some legal changes and scientific positions can expand the understanding of state control as a legal definition, and also summarizes legal innovations in this legal field.
