The purpose of the study is to identify conditions for the development of the creative personality of the teacher, as manifestations of special qualities of the individual for professional training. In Global Education, the personality of a teacher is the identity of the bearer of culture and its creator, receiver and creator of world pedagogical experience. The teacher is considered as a system of all intellectual, volitional and emotional-evaluative relations to the world, social reality and pedagogical activity. Harmonious development of the teacher's creative activity presupposes an orientation toward a system of personality qualities common to different types of creativity.
