Studied indicators of quality meat ducks at use in their rations of phosphorite in the form of macro- and nano-sized feed additives. Found matching of meat established standards. The positive effect of phosphate on food and energy value of meat, and found reduction in moisture content, increase the number of minerals, protein and fat.
