This article examines current issues regarding the quality of specialist training within higher education, specifically under the pressures of digitalization, globalization, and evolving labor market demands. The study aims to analyze these challenges, identify factors influencing the effectiveness of professional training, and determine promising directions for improving university education. The paper assesses modern approaches to organizing the educational process, focusing on the development of professional competencies, practical skills, and graduate competitiveness. Special attention is given to the impact of innovative educational technologies, digital platforms, and practice-oriented learning. Additionally, the study identifies key obstacles to quality, such as the insufficient integration of theory and practice, the mismatch between curricula and employer requirements, limited material resources, and inadequate digital competencies among stakeholders. Enhancing training quality requires a comprehensive modernization of educational content, improved methodological support, and the implementation of practice-oriented models that align with current socio-economic needs.
