Cadastral valuation of lands of individual countries of the post-Soviet space

The authors consider the procedures for the cadastral valuation of land in post-Soviet countries. The countries of the former USSR are divided into three groups depending on the level of scientific-technical and scientific-methodological support of such an assessment. The experience of evaluating three representatives of different groups (Belarus, Latvia and Armenia) as the most successful is analyzed. Proposals are given for improving the cadastral valuation of land in Russia, taking into account the experience of this procedure in these states.
