Cadastral value radioactively contaminated agricultural lands

The article analyzes the results of the assessment of radioactively contaminated agricultural land in Russia. Due to the fact that the radioactive contamination of the cadastral value of different soils is significantly reduced, the authors justify the need for rehabilitation measures on agricultural lands. The developed methodology authors cadastral valuation of radioactively contaminated territories, including the performance of work on the identification of contaminated land, the definition of effective interventions that reduce the level of contamination of agricultural products to an acceptable, accurate cadastral value of land in areas of radioactive contamination.
