Personnel safety of the state service

The article examines the main aspects of personnel security in the civil service, its main problems in the context of the demographic crisis in Russia. The publicly available statistical data, as well as expert assessments are presented and analyzed, from which conclusions are drawn about the modern challenges of public service in the field of personnel.
