Personnel policy in the field of moral and psychological support for the activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan

The article is devoted to the analysis of the prospects for the implementation of personnel policy in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan, expressed in the directions of this policy for the period up to 2043. Appealing to certain legal sources of planned transformations in the departmental sphere of work with personnel, the author states the need to transfer personnel policy in the system of national internal affairs bodies to a new quality, which corresponds to the requirements, meaning which boils down to the formation of a qualitatively new image of the employees of the noted law enforcement institution, designed to solve functionally significant tasks at a higher level of efficiency.
